The eagerly anticipated Sandrita's en la Manana has recently opened for breakfast in the same location as Sayulita's famous taqueria, Tacos on the Street. A restaurant that has been part of Sayuilta for almost 4 years, but originated in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and has been opened there for 21years and counting! Famous for the best Carne Asada Tacos in the Bahia area, Sandrita continued the tradition in Sayulita, but added a variaty of other taco options this season and re-opened her Cafe and Bakery in the same location during the mornings.

Escondido is the newest bar to call Sayulita home, and it's doing so with style and a menu for everyone. Located right off the southeast corner of the plaza on Calle Marlin, their signature open-door logo is the only invitation needed. The building has been completely renovated with a fresh, open-air design, light, cheerful colors that pop and soothe, and classy furnishings that take you off the street and into comfort. With such an amazing eye for detail, the menu was not left behind in this remodel.

Cori Jacobs is still the owner/artist of her Sayulita gallery, but she recently changed the name from Aqua Tierra to her own name, Cori Jacobs Gallery. And it is still the place to see her fascinating creative work in a number of media-paintings, textiles, ceramics and jewelry.

With fresh baked lasagnas, the Not in Philly Arrechera Steak Sandwich, and so much more, dinner has never been so enticing. Food is served late and beer battered chicken bites are the perfect complement to rounds of drinks and a night of dancing!

Roger and Linda Burten, who established Sayulita Investment Realty in January of 2005, recently sold the business to long-time resident and real estate professional, Rod Rosile, who has 15 years of real estate experience in Sayulita.

Sayulita Entourage, originally founded under the name "Sayulita Diving School" has expanded their services to offer a range of tours from whale watching, snorkelling and surfing trips to diving courses and excursions on the Bay of Banderas including PADI Scuba Diving and PADI Open Water courses.

After travelling to many parts of the world such as South East Asia in 2001, Daniel developed a love for Asian-inspired cooking.
