Look!  What's that little blue bubble thing floating in the ocean? Have you seen it before? Let me introduce you to this little sea-creature whose name is Portuguese Man O' War (Physalia physalis) aka Jellyfish, blue bottle or agua-mala (bad water). Portuguese Man o' War has a 1-3 inch bubble like jelly body along with a 12-20 inch electric blue whip at the end. Trust me that this is one of the things you should avoid getting in contact with, even if you find it out of the water.
