To make Peanut Butter cookies you need to have:

- 1½ cups of flour
- 1-teaspoon baking soda
- Dash salt
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup Skippy Peanut Butter
- 1 egg

Since Semana Santa is over, there has been a lot of trash thrown on the ground. Trash is very bad for the world. Animals eat the trash and it makes them really sick. The plastic that is thrown on the ground doesn't disintegrate for a long time. If we all start by picking up at 10 pieces of trash that is out in front of our houses everyday, there won't be any more trash! We can make a huge difference.

We were making dinner last night and we had salad rolls. My god-brother, Maxxi, was a little freaked out by the Vietnamese salad rolls so we called them Maxxi's Sayulita Space Tacos. If you have any brothers or sisters or even know any, you know that sometimes if you change the name of food it changes their opinion. That's what happened with Maxxi. The salad rolls are like tacos because you are rolling up delicious ingredients in flat circular wrappers! You can easily buy all the ingredients in Sayulita.

On Saturday I went to the syaulita surf club kids surf tournament. It started at 10am. It seemed to start slow but by 10:30 it was packed! There was a 2-story structure set up for the judges. There was also a VIP area for the competitors where Alma was serving hot chocolate, coffee, and fruits.

A couple weeks ago my mom and I went to SayulitAnimals to help with the puppies that are there. These were dogs that were abandoned and taken in by SayulitAnimals. They were very sick and were nursed back to health by the doctors at AnimaLove.

Sayulita Art Camp is a kids art class where students create awesome art! Sayulita Art Camp is in Sayulita and teaches 4 year olds to 16 year olds. I am the teacher for the younger kids for the camp and  I think it is very fun because you get to interact with other children!
